I took a trip out to Indiana Dunes a couple of weekends ago and was lucky to see fall foliage at it’s peak. Indiana Dunes National State Park is only a 50 minute drive from downtown Chicago and I would highly recommend it for some hiking, trails, sand dunes, and beaches (when it’s warm again)! I love fall and all that comes with it – only wish it didn’t disappear so quickly!
Everything about this is beautiful, such lovely shots. X
Thank you so much for the sweet comments, Kelly! It felt like I was walking through beautiful paintings all around me 🙂
Wow, these pictures are beyond gorgeous! I’m so envious that you were able to get such a spectacular view of the changing leaves. Here in So Cal the trees just seem to go straight from green to brown.
Thank you! Truly appreciate your comments 🙂 I love having four seasons – definitely makes me appreciate the warm weather a lot by the time it comes around. I’m not so sure you’ll be envious of the freezing weather in Chicago/Midwest right now – I’ll take So Cal weather any day now!
